About Us
Layover Technology Solutions is an innovative technological company that supports Airlines and Airport Handling Companies in the management of passenger re-routing following IROPs or 'irregular operations' (cancellations, delays, AOG,...) in all Italian airports.

Founders
The innovative idea behind the company was the brainchild of four men, each with different, complementary backgrounds. Their motivation and determination were the driving force behind the development and launch of the Layover Technology Solutions project.
Fabio Cicchinelli
Chief Executive Officer
Actuary, Manager in multinational companies and Professor at the Giorgio Fuà Faculty of Economics at the Marche Polytechnic University. He has expertise in the areas of CFO and HR. At LTS, in addition to dealing with the administration of the company, he is responsible for its institutional relations with customers, financiers, incubators/accelerators.
Syed Adil Rab
Chief Innovation Officer
PhD in Physics as well as a researcher and expert in Computing, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. At LTS, he is responsible for managing the innovation process, strategically coordinating the changes and technologies to be implemented.
Emanuele Roccotelli
Chief Technology Officer
Computer engineer and developer with 10 years of experience. He manages, coordinates and directs the management of the information systems and ensures the proper functioning of all ICT systems supporting the business processes. At LTS, he is responsible for the development of a web application for airport disruption management.
Our Team
Our team is composed of people with distinct and complementary skills, committed to a common goal: to make the Layover platform a benchmark for IROP management. The essential elements at the heart of all we do are team work and collaboration: each department works in synergy with the others, with a constant flow of information and sharing of every single process.
Luca Evaroni
Head of Development
Developer with decades of experience, he mastered several languages such as Angular, .NET, SQL. At LTS, he is responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning and that foster productivity.
Charles Rinaldi
Deputy General Manager
& Chief Commercial Officer
Thirty years of experience in the aviation and civil/tourism airport sectors. Development of services provided to airlines for both the travelling personnel and their passengers in case of disruptions. At LTS, he holds the position of Commercial Director and is responsible for implementing the company’s commercial strategies.
Marina Vacca
Head of Product
Twenty years of experience in business development in service companies and the hospitality and tourism sector. At LTS, she is in charge of developing and managing the business process for the acquisition of partners in the hotel industry.
Barbara Coletta
Product Department
Consultant and Mentor with HR experience. At LTS, she supports the management of the commercial process for partner acquisition, hotel supply creation and all activities related to the achievement of the department's business objectives.
Luca Violante
Junior Programmer
An expert in technology and IT, he works in particular on both the BackEnd (.NET) and FrontEnd (Angular) parts. At LTS, he assists in the design and development of software, conducting tests and fixing system bugs.
Giacomo Luce
Junior programmer
Final year computer engineering student and programming enthusiast. Proficiency in Python, Java, Css and Html languages with extensive knowledge of the software area. In LTS, he is mainly responsible for the front-end development of the Layover system.
Sirio Lupaioli
Junior Programmer
Passionate about computers, he was able to broaden his interest in this field by working as a sound engineer. Knowledge of .NET, C#, T-SQL languages. In the company, he is a computer programmer and assists the different departments.
Gianluca Rossi
UX/UI Developer
Digital Art director/UX-UI Developer with extensive experience in Graphic Design, Illustration and People Management. In the company, he designs the user interface, ensuring that the website or app is intuitive and user-friendly.
